Thank you for your work to show the light on the onerous practices of Pharmacy Benefit Managers. States are beginning to act. Will Missouri finally “see the light” as well? We will soon find out!!

States are passing legislation to address the onerous provisions of PBMs (KY, AR, IA, IN, TN, GA, FL and others). Will the Missouri Legislature protect patients and pharmacists and pass PBM legislation in 2025 or will they continue to support the lies of PBMs. We will soon see.

Thank you Senator Hawley. It is time to end the onerous policies of PBMs in Missouri. States all around us are passing legislation. Why not in Missouri ??
