Louder for the folks in the back! Many of the *beloved* vtuber companies use incredibly one-sided agreements and take advantage of the trust that many creators put in them. Vtubing is a business, so treat it that way

No matter the industry, treating your clients with respect is so important but that does not come in the form of allowing them to take advantage of you. Be sure that the contracts you agree to also have protections for you! 💖

This was a really interesting case to follow, where a creator argued that their aesthetic was protected IP, considering the bottomless depth of "copycat" content. Unfortunately, the case never reached an answer on that question, so copycats live to see another day
