Maybe. I would have to see what he does when he has that view of the future in hand. Does he make a laudable list of initiatives or create an integrated set of choices.

That is what I have seen too. It is useful - but for getting to the modal answer faster, cheaper and more accurately. You have to ask yourself: do I want a modal answer?

Sadly they are wrong. I apply PTW to every start-up I invest in (or turn down). I saw it in action (implicitly) in the tiny family business my dad started when I was two. Every tiny business that doesn't ask WTP and HTW will stay small or go out of business.
