Mortadella Monday at Voss! For those who don't know, we make the mortadella in-house.

Cinco de Mayo means today we're Roegels (Ro-he-les). On a serious note we got to do this pork belly again that our team did for the 11th Annual Houston BBQ Festival Festival. If you didn't try this, you missed out. Hopefully, we will make it again so you'll get a second chance at trying this
