Today was the very first day of Yoga in Sports Nutrition Class! Students did great and took it seriously, and the space (pool balcony) was perfect! Super excited to continue this throughout the year!!

The boys kicked off the year with a 2nd place finish at the Amphitheater. Zach, Luca, and Ryan earned individual honors in the top 15. #RDP
