Attention FedEx - You charged me $400 for overnight delivery last Tuesday (9/28). It’s Oct. 4 & #customerservice can’t tell me when/if the package will arrive. Also, there’s no way to escalate calls to supervisors? I’m told now you “can’t guarantee” delivery. That’s your job.
