This is pretty striking. The stable policy backdrop that we all took for granted is a thing of the past. They’re coming after litigation finance providers like $BUR in the U.S. All it takes is one crazy senator. Hard to say what’s next.

Niche question for anyone out there using IBKR in Australia. I thought I’d take advantage of cheap JPY margin to (slightly) leverage my Japan position. Discovered that my negative JPY position gets forcibly converted to AUD margin at the end of each business day. Was told by IBKR
