Castle Knights Football and Castle Speed and Strength ran our Speed and Development program this morning and tested 10 yard flys. Our top performer was Carter Bobe, running at 21.3 MPH! Castle Football, Castle HS Athletics, and Castle High School just invested ~$60k in the weight room! We installed 16 Perch Velocity Training cameras and 16 iPads. All Castle weight room students and athletes will be working with top of the line equipment. #GoKnights
