How many times have you restarted? I can get down on myself for it being seemingly too many times. But I've recently realized that a restart is a not a failure; failing to restart is the failure. So, whether it's work, health, performance, family or life; take the step.

This was a great episode! So happy to have Andy Kirkland Ph.D. and Michael Crawley on the show. One of those episodes where I was hanging on every word and not thinking up questions!

Hey United Airlines North America - Parody it's frustrating to push back for your international mountain bike race while watching your bike sitting lonely while workers stand around but never load it on the plane.
