Politics aside, I'm sorry to hear the news of Kirstie Alley's passing. I have fond memories of working with her on Veronica's Closet. It was my first gay character (though I wasn't yet out professionally), and she was a total pleasure to work with. Rest in peace, Kirstie.

Because of the strike, we haven’t had much chance to support projects. That will change once we settle on a fair deal. We have, though, been able to do that for films like this, made under our SAG-AFTRA Interim Agreement. And it was nice to have cause to throw on a suit. ;)
