I’ve come to expect cars parked in the #bikelanes on St. Mary’s, but maybe some people have been warned/ticketed? I don’t know how else to figure why multiple drivers thought this was a good idea. Also, this does not seem like a good idea.

This morning, after veering out of the bike lane around it, I stopped, picked up the "flagger ahead sign" and moved it 3 feet to the right, between the bike lane and the sidewalk, blocking neither. It didn't seem difficult at all, so why is it so hard for the road crews?
