Today was 5 miles. Pull day, it’s going better. Still some hiccups but nothing that bad. I did the maxed inclined treadmill for 60 minutes (slightly lower speed 2.8 vs 3), went swimmingly. I might just keep it at that but we’ll see. Have a Good Night guys!
