UK #HousePrices are already falling and only 40-50% of mortgage customers have refinanced onto the 4%+ rates so there is lots of pain to come. Raising interest rates isn’t moving the dial on UK #CPI but higher rates will put UK into #Recession. Time for plan B Bank of England
