That “novice”politician Max Chandler-Mather is on to something. If we want a Future Made in Australia we need a higher skills capability. HECs debt should be wiped; University and TAFE should be free for eligible applicants. Re-skilling Australia will boost productivity.
The worsening climate crisis will continue to attract more people to a politics that is both progressive and sustainable. Just as surely as capitalism has led us into the climate crisis, eco-socialism offers us a path out of it.
