Reminder that the A’s don’t actually have the money to build the ballpark, and the lawsuit could “spook” investors.

This saga could have been solved years ago if they actually just paid for it instead of waiting for everyone else to come up with funds. Hence the SELL chants.

Today at 3:30, the Nevada Supreme Court hears argument in Schools Over Stadiums v. Thompson, which concerns the sufficiency of the referendum petitions the NSEA’s PAC.

Tuesday we have oral arguments for the referendum language. If that gets approved, we need some A's fan heavy hitters to make it happen. Fisher will be back at square 1.

We just received word from Schools Over Stadiums that all donations from “Stand With Oakland” wristband sales will be matched from the same donor that matched the opening day boycott donations.
