Really tough loss, obviously. My takeaway is Rangers just ran into a better team. You can talk about so and so being no-shows, but really Florida just absolutely had their zones locked down. Better outlets, better entries, better shooting lane clogging. An incredible opponent.

K’Andre Miller’s game fell apart the last couple of weeks and he was up and down all year. I’m not giving up on him, but next season is year 4. He should be away from Trouba next season, and it’ll be his second in Laviolette’s system. Gotta see consistently good 5v5 metrics.
