.CALM stand up to the stereotypes that prevent those at risk of suicide from reaching out. We're Shouting Out their life-saving services, push for collective action, and innovative campaigns that normalise #mentalhealth issues and provoke #action to overcome them.

During Covid-19 lockdowns CALM's helpline saw a 36% increase in demand. Last week’s #MentalHealthAwarenessWeek saw CALM push for #ACTION to ensure people prioritise their mental health. This is a charity pushing boundaries to ensure that no-one is left behind.
