In Roanoke City, the Republican Committee is grasping for straw and denying the legitimacy of our elections. When we say there’s extremists on the ballot, we mean it. One of them said she supports “overthrowing the government” and that is “a good thing.” Vote blue for democracy.

Winning strategies are when you inspire the community. We do not support any baseless attacks on candidates, supporters, or our elections officials. When they go low, we go high. Lets deliver for Roanoke.

#BREAKING Congressman Donald McEachin has died. He lost his battle to colorectal cancer tonight, his office confirms. “The people of Virginia’s Fourth Congressional District lost a hero who always, always fought for them and put them first,” his chief of staff says. WTVR CBS 6 Richmond

We are sending our love to all residents of Virginia’s 4th congressional district, the family of Rep. McEachin, and everyone who has come to know him. Virginia lost a tireless advocate and leader.

Marie March is using her position to attack a Congressman who just hours after his passing. This is what her leadership has been about. It’s shameful and downright disgusting. While the McEachin family navigates the grief of losing a loved one, they don’t deserve this treatment.

Roanoke City Council reversing any of the key components of the criminal justice reform laws passed in 2020-2021 is a step backwards. Our democratic leaders didn’t fight hard for justice for us to roll back the clock. We must #HoldThemAccountable
