It may have been All Saints Day, but tonight was All Celtics as Roanoke Catholic pounded Nansemond-Suffolk Saints 60-40 on Senior Night to finish regular season 8-1. The opening round of the VISAA state playoffs is next Friday, Nov. 8. Stay tuned for the opponent, location, time.

Celtics varsity girls basketball beat Holy Cross Friday night 63-62 in overtime on a buzzer beater by freshman Alex Nance. The victory capped a week that also included a 67-11 win over Fuqua on Monday followed by a come-from-behind win Tuesday over New Covenant 51-46. Go Celtics!
