Never buy Elica India products. Absolutely low standard products and worst service. These products aren't Indian kitchen compatible. I spent lakhs buying products and within 3 years I'm replacing it with another brand.. Their AMC charge is as huge as getting a new product.

Can you imagine Samsung India is actually running a mafia.. The customer care charges 5X times than the market rates, yet they've no fix time to visit your home.. and they claim for a 10 years warranty. Such a disappointment.

Dear Elica India I'm tired of the terrible service and product that you've given me. Plus the local vendor / service station is worst. They keep shouting for raising complaints. Even after buying an expensive AMC, the situation is the same. Have some spine to help customers.

U always ask to DM, check your DM there are multiple complaints, even after buying AMC we are suffering. The price of amc is as much as buying a new simple stove every year. There is 0 accountability from Elica. Worst service and worst products. Everyone needs to know this.
