I’m tired of hearing about patients who come in to rehab with complaints of shoulder pain when they reach there arm overhead. Then proceed to pull on bands below 90° flexion 3x/week for 8 weeks. So here’s 6 of my favorite exercises to help improve OH strength:

I’ve been to HoD twice now, once as a student and once as a full delegate. This is a fantastic experience and opportunity to learn how our professional organizations function and run. Highly recommend applying.
