However, there's a serious lack of urgency in the 'Wye Action Plan' and a thundering silence on critically important actions needed to #SaveTheWye .

Finally full acknowledgment of the role intensive agri has played in trashing the river
But one of the main recommendations of the plan is to…create a plan
And many actions are vague or “subject to consultation”
