Proud of our latest collaborative quest to develop new ways to target biofilm infections: Staphylococcus aureus-binding antibodies loaded with Mitomycin C. The bacteria trigger drug release upon contact, leading to their death. biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Have you ever stained bacteria with SYTO stains and wondered why they look so dim? Many SYTO stains are pumped out of bacterial multidrug efflux pumps. If you want to avoid false-negative staining, you have add efflux pump inhibitors to your experiment. lnkd.in/dGb_fmek
