Cindy and I attended the Atlanta Dream vs Washington Mystics scrimmage last weekend. Got to X&O with Coach TJ Rosene and catch up with our friend Sefu Bernard who works with Washington.

Cindy and I had the chance to watch the Atlanta Dream WNBA team practice this past Friday. Great energy and fun to watch the top level get after it!

When players figures out (1) what they are good at (2) hide their weakness (3) play to their strength (4) contribute to the team, your offense will become multifaceted w/o adding quickhitters, etc. Since each player is unique, your attack becomes more complex & harder to scout.

When a baseline drive occurs and the post is on ballside, how should the post react? This drill trains both the penetrator and the post. You get lot of shots in a short period of time working both sides of the floor.

You will need 10 players for this TRANSITION DRILL, but it is easy to rotate more groups - you'll see!
