A sad day. Chris endorsed and encouraged this account from the beginning. His research and determination brought new facets to the life of Richard Burton. All Burton devotees are forever in his debt for keeping the memory of Rich alive. Rest in Peace, Chris and thank you.

Went to see Mr Burton at The Stag Sevenoaks this afternoon. Loved it. Maybe the last 10% was a bit dramatic, but still, loved it all the same. Harry Lawtey made a good crack of “it.”
