The healthcare sector globally should agree Electronic Healthcare Record standards and make Healthtech & Healthcare providers adhere to it

Every health related interaction between clients and healthcare providers needs to be recorded in the clients' EHR, free of charge

The EMR (Electronic Medical Record) should form an integral part of the clients' Electronic Health Record

Electronic Health Record should be synonym with Electronic Patient Record, and also include other data collected about/for/via the client

The cost of maintaining & storing EHRs can be easily recovered by the efficiency gained by having accurate info readily available

However a charging and incentive system is needed to stimulate EHR coverage in the client community and put the client in charge

Ethical question; should we allow differences in treatment based on availability of EHR? Or maybe differences in treatment charging?
