COPYBOY and PAPERBOY Newbery Honor book author Vince Vawter was a featured speaker at the YALSA Young Adult Services Symposium in Memphis where 50 copies of COPYBOY were made available for the book blitz. As Vince pointed out, the book blitz was "like Black Friday sales at Wal-Mart."

ALL COLORS author-illustrator amalia hoffman presented her new board book at the New Rochelle Public Library and the Larchmont Public Library, both in New York, where the kids loved the coloring pages!
Illustrator Ian David Marsden just received an advanced copy of his graphic novel, MARVIN, an adaptation of the memoir of composer Marvin Hamlisch, due out in January. Ian says he is happy with the final result and very proud to be associated with the "brilliant Marvin Hamlisch."
