I’ll never forget the verdict.
I took an employee/friend to a bar for celebratory drink, we had a good day.
He was a black gay man and the bar was all white.
The verdict was read, he grabbed my arm and said GET ME OUT OF HERE, NOW!
Nothings changed. 😢
