Patient centred, bed days saved, 30+ per month minded at home. I love this.

In Beaumont hosp I successfully received a kidney transplant from my husband on Monday. A big thank you to the wonderful surgical n nephrology doctors n nurse for their great care.Thank you tweeters for all you’re support n prayers getting to this point.

The Beaumont Hospital transplantation programme is incredible. It is a second chance for so many and couldn't happen without the amazing gift from donors and the work of the transplant team.

I then covered myself in antifreeze trying to rub it off.

The kids were absolutely dying laughing at me. 😂🙄💩
