🚨 BE CAREFUL 🚨 1-"Verify Your Account" this is the email I wake up to from DigitalOcean. At first I thought it just a regular verification process, which becomes later one of the biggest troubles I faced recenly. It was just a fancy way of saying we have suspended your account

2- The account we are talking about is my personal account and I have been using it for years to host A2S.in (inactive forum/ used as an archive). And I use the other droplets for my personal website kasmiyouness.com and also for kasmi.com/turkey

3- I thought it was because of late payment since every month I pay on time. But this time for some reason the payment didn't work so I got a payment reminder from DigitalOcean , and I did pay on the same day as you can see. (using same payment method like every other month)

4- To wake up today to this email that they suspended my account. And if you know DigitalOcean they don't offer live support, so I had to create multiple tickets to get their attention, I email their billing support that I have paid everything. I email their technical support to

6- DigitalOcean told me to just create a ticket and I confirmed that I already did create multiple tickets with no reply, then they asked me to wait. Then after an hour I got a reply that they will keep my account suspended and they don't want nor have to explain why.

7- I explained that I have been client for years and I have even promoted them for free several times in my Videos and Instagram stories because of how loyal I was. They couldn't care less, and they didn't even want to give me backup so I can move my websites to another hosting
