Right ADHD types. Let’s talk about food. I fluctuate between superbly balanced health eating, and raiding the snack cupboard like a hungry raccoon in a dumpster. It’s hard to stay motivated to eat the right stuff if I’m not currently fixated on food. Tell me your xp?
