One of the main issues with VRS is HLTV.org unintentionally gate keeping any region that isn’t Europe since they decide what tier2 events are ranked and how much of it. They give match data over FOR FREE instead of making valve collect it or give them the bill to cover the events

This probably leads to the broader topic of CS2 needs to collect the match data for all events on their own to lead to proper coverage of all regions to stimulate growth and having events like ESEA conform to its rules and give it more value to the circuit!

Might need some help making a discord server for any of my friends who know how to make a solid automated server for a lot of people. I’m thinking of making a discord for people who are LFT/LFP for LANs and so lan organizers can promote their events 🧐
