Our Resurgam Healthy Living Centre, part of SE Mind Matters prog led by County Down Rural Community Network received this funding. We’re devastated that vital #mentalhealth support for child, yp & families with #socialprescribing & therapeutic support ++ will end now with no alternative support available. Community Foundation for Northern Ireland
