Just got a Baking Steel and noticed a rusty spot develop after 1st use. Should I be concerned? Do I need to do anything? @kenjilopezalt what do you think?




Hey Stella Parks what brand of whole wheat flour do you recommend for your graham crackers? I currently have Bob’s Red Mill graham flour and Arrowhead Mills whole wheat, but both are stone-ground. I don’t mind getting something else if necessary. Thanks!
