Hey Stella Parks what brand of whole wheat flour do you recommend for your graham crackers? I currently have Bob’s Red Mill graham flour and Arrowhead Mills whole wheat, but both are stone-ground. I don’t mind getting something else if necessary. Thanks!

Hi Stella Parks! Quick question: if I add a couple of teaspoons of instant espresso to a chocolate cookie recipe, will it alter the pH enough to cause issues? Would I need to adjust baking soda, etc.? Thank you!
