Great day for boating safety! Greg Abbott just signed Kali's Law, requiring boat operators to use an engine cutoff switch. In the last 3 years, 124 people lost their lives in boating accidents. Texas Parks & Wildlife estimates that 116 would have survived if cutoff switch would have been used.
