While we are on track to pass nearly $100 billion in foreign aid today, our allies who stood by us on the battlefields in Afghanistan are forgotten once again.

california's $10 billion+ high-speed rail boondoggle is not a good reason to abandon the concept of high-speed rail. it is a good reason to put a lot of people in prison for fraud.

Paint me skeptical that their ‘endless shrimp’ promotion is the main driver of Red Lobster weighing bankruptcy, and not just a clever way of spinning losses from a weak operating model that couldn’t absorb higher labor costs and weather a challenging interest rate environment.

That rustling sound you’re hearing is Biden’s domestic policy advisors furiously thumbing through dog-eared copies of The Deficit Myth to find someone else to blame for their economic maladministration.

If Congress shuttered every part of the government except for the IRS, CMS, and SSA- so taxes were still collected and social security/Medicare/Medicaid payments still went out, but the military and all other government agencies eliminated, we’d *still* run a deficit!
