Since January 2023, Secretary Mayorkas’ DHS has paroled 404,000+ otherwise-inadmissible aliens into the U.S. through the CHNV mass-parole scheme.

This violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act is just one reason the House voted to impeach him.

This provision is a major policy change that falls entirely outside the scope of the FAA reauthorization bill—& is squarely in the jurisdiction of House Homeland GOP. A provision w/ such drastic impacts on airport security and innovation should not be tucked into this reauthorization.
