I’m saddened by the senseless murder of two young Israeli Embassy staffers outside Washington, D.C.’s Capital Jewish Museum last night. No one should face violence for their faith or identity. My thoughts are with the victims and their families during this difficult time.

On this day five years ago, George Floyd was murdered by police in his hometown. We continue to lift his name—not just in memory, but through action. We won’t accept performative justice while laws are passed that protect the cycle of violence in our communities.
