I voted NO on FISA 702 reauthorization today. It is a violation of the Fourth Amendment to our Constitution for the government to conduct warrantless searches of American citizens.

If catching the government violating the Constitution and our civil liberties isn’t the time for significant FISA 702 reform, then when is?

Another day, another way for the Biden Administration to censor Americans and attack our First Amendment rights.

Just like our state and local law enforcement, the FBI should be required to get a warrant. The Fourth Amendment rights of Americans matter.

The House did not impeach Secretary Mayorkas because of “differences in policy.”  He has violated the law and must be held accountable. The Senate has an obligation to hold a trial, to hear the evidence presented, and to seriously deliberate after the evidence is heard.

The IRS has absolutely no right to use an AI algorithm to look into any bank account without complying with the Fourth Amendment to the United States Constitution.

Yesterday I had the opportunity to support and debate the Protection of Women In Sports Act. In this 3 hour debate I was surprised to learn from the Democrats that there are more than 2 sexes…of course I disagree.

I voted NO on today’s reckless and rushed government funding bill.

This is not what winning looks like and not what the American people sent us here to accomplish.

After several weeks in Washington, I’m excited to be back home in Wyoming to visit with as many folks as possible at one of my three town hall meetings next week. Hope to see you there!
