Three years ago, the #BipartisanInfrastructureLaw was signed into law. With over $30 billion in funding for Texas, this is a big deal. It's helping us fix our roads and bridges, invest in our airports and public transit, and so much more — all while creating good-paying jobs.

DFW Airport is one of the strongest job engines in our region. 🛫 I'm proud that the #BipartisanInfrastructureLaw, signed into law three years ago today, has delivered $272 million to upgrade DFW Airport’s infrastructure, create jobs, and ensure better traveler experiences.

This #DiabetesAwarenessMonth, I'm committed to lowering costs for Texans living with diabetes. Thanks to our work to pass the Inflation Reduction Act, we capped insulin for folks on Medicare at $35 a month. Let’s keep working to ensure Texans can afford the insulin they need.

Social Security is vital for Texans, but too many police officers, teachers & other public servants unfairly get reduced benefits. I was proud to vote for the bipartisan Social Security Fairness Act to ensure our public servants receive the retirement benefits they've earned.

Not everyone can access a scholarship, so making higher education more affordable will help more Texans access the education and training they need to get good job. This is a great step forward for students and families.
