I had the opportunity to attend a two-day workshop on Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling, led by the world-renowned statistician Dr. Joseph Hair. Meeting him was a dream come true. Dr. Hair currently has over 500,000 citations on Google Scholar.

I’m happy to share that our paper is now published in the Journal of Applied Research in Higher Education. This is my first paper with my project team at the UHM Center on Disability Studies (CDS), and also my first publication using qualitative methods.
