Here is how the field shakes out for provincials next weekend in Saskatoon!

Playoff Gameday! Rockies begin the 2025 QVBL playoff run with a best of 5 series against the Regina Woodpeckers. First pitch is 6:15 at Currie Field! #gorocks

Peckers take game 1 easily and now lead the best of 5 series 1-0. Game 2 goes Monday night at 6:00

Playoff baseball! Game 2 of our best of 5 series goes tonight at Optimist Park beginning at 6:00!

Score from Monday night: That’s more like it! The Rockies get a great pitching performance from Ethan Klebeck and take game 2 to even up the series 1-1. Game 3 goes next Thursday night. The boys now gear up for provincials this weekend in Saskatoon!

Day 1 recap: lost a tough one to Carlyle Cardinals this morning 3-2. Hommer pitched a gem. Game 2 we beat Saskatoon Hoppers 7-2. Ethan Klebeck pitched a complete game. We now have an off day Saturday and we believe we will be playing Sunday no matter how the other game plays out!

Onto the final!!! Solie pitches a complete game shutout and the boys will face the winner of Carlyle and Saskatoon for a chance at provincial gold!

Had a 1-0 lead heading to the bottom of 5 but Carlyle was able to break it open and win 11-1. Congrats to the Carlyle Cardinals and thanks to Saskatoon Hoppers for hosting a great weekend!

The bullpen game did not go according to plan tonight. Peckers take it 9-4 and now lead the best of 5 series 2-1. Game 4 will be Monday night at 8:30.

We played our worst game defensively in franchise history but were able to squeak it out in extras tonight. Onto game 5!

Win and we’re into the finals. Lose and our season is done. 7:00 at Optimist is when the action gets underway!

As senior men’s nationals kickoff tomorrow morning we’d like to wish good luck to a few of our own Rockies participating: Ethan Klebeck (Trappers), Payton Friesen (SK), Josh Cleggett (SK), Dylan Solie (SK), and Lucas Geisler (SK) Good luck fellas!

After visiting the negotiating table it has been decided that the A Div QVBL championship will be decided tonight in a single 9 inning game for all the marbles against the Regina Trappers Baseball Club. First pitch is set for 7:00 at Optimist Park!
