Given the research coming out of Scotland and Ireland, I’m increasingly leaning towards treating qualifying cohabitants like spouses. Mark is correct that differentiation is certainly tempting but it will cause delay, injustice and artificial distinctions. thetimes.co.uk/article/labour…
