We have a BIG problem with #NonLeague Referees leaving the game in droves... Wimblington FC of the Cambs County League are on written record as saying "SHOUTING" at Refs is "Part of the game". Are they correct... do the #LawsOfTheGame state that SHOUTING at Refs is ok?

I turned up to #Ref a game in the @SurreyPremierCF as normal I politely asked for my Fee prior to Kick of which is always paid in CASH. The Manager dismissively TOLD me it was going to be payment by bank transfer and that it was WEIRD I should expect cash. What happened next?
