Playing softball is a blessing yes, but if you recruit a kid only to have them sit for the majority of their career you are doing them no favors. Either give everyone a chance to shine or let those who are being underutilized go where they are genuinely wanted.

Recruits: Your time is entirely too precious to sit at a program that that is rife with negativity and poor leadership. Go where you are wanted and will be treated with respect & common decency.
