Class 14 What a fabulous day we had to celebrate World Book Day at RUFC! The children thoroughly enjoyed it. We met the players, completed challenges and activities and enjoyed our lunch in the stand in the sunshine! ☀️📚⚽️

Class 4 To prepare for the upcoming phonics screening we have been doing lots of activities in class. The children really love some of the games on a website called ‘phonics play’ where you can access some free resources to help with practising at home.

REY Sponsored Colour Dash🌈on 16th July, money raised will go towards developing our garden areas. Colour stations will be set up and a variety of races and games. All children are asked to wear light coloured clothing that you don’t mind being covered in colourful powder paint.

Class 3 We have been learning to type in our Computing lesson today! The children enjoyed trying to beat their score as they became more familiar with the setup of a keyboard.

Our library has been transformed! We can't wait for our opening ceremony. I know the children will keep reading at home or at playtime to help us meet our next challenge. We are on 11 weeks. When we make it to 16 weeks, the children will earn a 'summer fun day'! Many thanks

It’s our uniform swap shop this morning, starting at 8.15am in the ks2 playground. Help reduce our schools carbon footprint and save yourselves some pennies. All uniform is preloaded but in very good condition.

Class 13 We’ve really enjoyed our second djembe drumming session today. The children’s skills are really coming on! 🪘
