The One School, One Book program is coming to RHR after winter break! This is a unique program that brings both home and school together to support children’s literacy, with far-reaching benefits. You’ll learn more about it in the New Year!

Join us on Tuesday, 1/31/23 at our RHR Family Literacy Night for our One School, One Book Virtual Kick-Off where we will reveal the book title and share details about the program!  Families also participate in reading-based learning activities! Invitations are going home today!

RHR is excited to announce the book title for our One School, One Book Literacy initiative!  Our school will be reading Wishtree by Katherine Applegate! An envelope containing many resources will be coming home today.  The oldest child will be bringing home a copy of Wishtree.

The One School, One Book Literacy initiative helps build better readers!  Extend your family's engagement with the story by completing an optional Wishtree Family Activity.  The due date is Tuesday, February 14th, If you have questions, email our Reading Specialist, Mrs. Leppert.
