Our Litter Trap in Rotterdam is emptied again and this is what we find: 0.7m3 of plastic litter consisting of jerrycans, candy wrapping, cat food packaging, yogurt cups, soap bottles, foam, cups, pet bottles, etc. CLEAR RIVERS prevents plastics from entering our seas and oceans.

Great news from the battle against #plasticpollution in the #netherlands: from 1 July 2021, small plastic bottles (< 1 liter) will come with a deposit amount of 15 cents. This action will limit the amount of PET bottles ending up in the environment and promote a #circulareconomy.
