Plastic-lined paper (and paper-lined plastic) is not accepted for recycling. The layers of plastic and paper cannot be effectively separated and can cause recycling contamination. Check our accepted material list at bit.ly/4dzvCFX

Contamination is a major obstacle in the recycling process. It occurs when material that is not accepted for recycling is put in recycling bins. Please ensure you’re sorting material correctly and emptying/rinsing containers for collection day. Learn more: bit.ly/3WVNrtg

Rinsing material is not always required for #recycling. But when there are leftovers that need an extra push, add a little water (or use leftover dishwater) to loosen them. See a helpful guide from our team on YT: bit.ly/4dgDooi
