We had pleasure in welcoming the Thomas Cook Pensioner's Assn to the Record Office. It was the first chance we had to show the progress we are making with sorting & cataloguing the collection. It was great to share their memories & insight into the company. #ThomasCookArchive

As the Thomas Cook collection is not yet fully catalogued, we advise researchers to contact us in advance of visiting. Requests for items may take longer to retrieve than usual & responses to remote enquiries may be delayed as we'll need longer to locate items in the collection.
